“I want to offer HUGE thanks to James George and Harley at George & Sons Garage Doors for their incredible service on a Sunday in the middle of a blackout, and heatwave, on a holiday weekend. Minutes before leaving for work, we lost power in Northwest Reno. Using the manual open on the garage door to try and get my truck out, first the door wouldn’t stay open, then it came off the tracks, two wheels fell off, the cable unwound, and the door was stuck half open at an impossible angle. I left a message on their after hours line and within minutes James called and Harley was on the way. Within 2 hours from the start of the whole fiasco, the door was fixed and operating perfectly. This is the kind of 5-Star customer service you don’t see often enough. Beyond grateful and so impressed.”

“I never take the time to write reviews, but Sal just repaired our garage door, and I am thoroughly impressed with the service, thoroughness, and pricing of his work. Not only did he replace the hinge that ripped off the door, he checked all the other hinges and added bolts if they needed reinforcement, he tightened the springs, inspected and lubed everything, and then took the time to help me program my extra remotes and car homelink button. Pricing was easily half of what I expected to pay. My other family members recommended George and Sons and I would definitely recommend them to anyone with garage door needs.”
